Photography is a skilled art. It is so much more than having a “fancy camera.” It’s having the knowledge and experience of knowing which poses work best, which angles will be the most flattering, the type of lighting that is needed, photoshop skills for editing and so much more. It is the combination of time, talent, and coordination that allows photographers like me to deliver beautiful photographs that become memories cherished for years to come.
Consulting with clients and understanding their vision for the photo session is incredibly important. It is something I take very seriously and put a lot of time into organizing and planning. Lots of time is spent prepping, finding the perfect props, backdrops, or locating the ideal outdoor photo location. Then comes the photo session, whether it’s a big family session, capturing the sunset in the background or a newborn session where your baby is lulled to sleep inside the perfect prop – a great deal of time goes into making this photo experience the best it can possibly be for you and your loved ones. After the session is over, the detailed and time intensive process of editing the photos begins.
Photography is my passion. I love every minute of planning these shoots and working with my clients.
